Privacy Policy

Aria is a private personal-organization app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — in plain language. Privacy isn't an afterthought here; it's the reason Aria exists.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Your content — whatever you add to the app (notes, goals, wellness entries, budgets, and the like). This is yours.
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic server logs — limited technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

Only to provide and operate the app: to sign you in, store and sync your content, process your subscription, send essential service email, and keep everything secure and working. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models. We do not show third-party ads.

3. Data storage & security

Your data is hosted on Render and stored in a Supabase database. Your personal data is encrypted at rest, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. Each account's data is isolated from other users. To operate and support the service, our systems and authorized team can access stored data — so this is not end-to-end ("zero-knowledge") encryption, and we don't claim otherwise. No method of storage is ever 100% secure.

4. Third-party services

To run Aria, your data is processed by a small set of trusted providers, only as needed to deliver the service:

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Render — application hosting.
• Supabase / Neon — database.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Anthropic (optional AI features) — powers insights you ask for. Your content is sent only to generate those results and is not used to train their models.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete your data anytime from within the app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — email us and we'll help.

6. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children's privacy

Aria isn't intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above. For material changes, we'll notify you by email.
