These terms govern your use of Aria and its services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Don't use Aria for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service or other users' data.
You own the content you put into Aria. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you so the app works. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models. You can export or delete it anytime.
Cancel anytime — your subscription stays active through the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again. After cancellation you have a 30-day window to export your data. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Aria is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. It helps you organize your life, including wellness and money tools, but it is not financial, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aria and its founders won't be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, give at least 14 days' notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
